    Hi folks, first time poster and would appreciate some advice if possible.

    I have a Hotpoint BWD 129. Tonight I put a cycle on and went out for a hour.

    When I came home the Machine was off and had tripped the socket. It wont restart and there is no power at all.

    I have replaced the fuses but still no joy. 😥 😥 😥

    Any ideas what’s up?

    The machine is 14 months old so I will need to pay for an engineer to come out although I have a 5 year part guarantee.

    If it’s popped the ring main RCD trip and now won’t restart then the PCB is a prime candidate. Call the manufacturer – it’ll be worth every penny.
    Not good really…14 months….not fit for purpose, methinks…. 😉
