    hi all,called out to this dryer today and this machine is completley dead .there is power coming through the door switch and to the pcb but no lights ,nothing.is this a pcb fault or am i missing something.customer says she only used machine 3/4 times as it is a holiday home and only bought a year ago.thanks

    Very likely the main board is the culprit. 😥

    Hopefully it’s still under guarantee otherwise the cost of fitting a new board is BER.

    Hi Galway

    Sounds like the board but check the front felt gasket and lower fan seal if you order a board. Chances are this has let steam out into the board….The bottom fan seal snaps and lets steam into the cabinet which inturn pulls the felt gasket off then damages the board….hth….

    had similar and found broken wire at pump at rear.
