    I need a door boot for the above washer dryer. Part no 4986ER1002B. I placed an order with Connect last week as they were showing stock. When my order pitched up, it had somehow gone on backorder with a due in date of 21 Feb. Customer is now shouting at me! Has anyone got one they could sell me, or point me in the direction of someone with stock?

    Thanks for the reply, Mike. It’s always nice to get at least one! 😉 I’ve decided to keep it on backorder with Connect now that the customer has accepted the situation. Pretty poor state of affairs though, that you can’t get something as basic as a door seal for at least 3 weeks. And the price is enough to make you weep as well.

    Is the price £38.34 + vat, if so I would have a word with Customer Services at Connect, see if they can reduce it,depends on how much you use Connect.
