    There is nothing worse than ordering a part then at a later date finding you already had one in stock.

    How do you keep track of spare parts you hold in stock?

    Does anyone know of any software that could be used?

    Try using a spread sheet and update at end of day.

    You can then see how many you use each week/month/year and adjust van stock to suit your needs.
