Shop Fridge! Vulcan 1000?

Hi Guys hope everyones ok, i fixed a washer in back of shop premises on way out he said any good with fridges, i was quiet not much on for a monday this week so i thought? no harm looking?

anyway my knowledge is quiet limited with refrigeration, change the odd stat and hinge but thats it?

its dripping down on the inside onto the cans, i took top cover off it,
fimilarised myself with it, found the drip tray(off towards the back) and its dry but were the evaperator sits its full of water and its dripping over, and working its way threw the internal channel? im not sure how this works and how the water should get from the evaporator back to the tray at back,?? i couldent see much quiet dull?

normally with domestic its pipe blocked up?

ps.also noticed what looked like a timer was left insecured and just lay there 😯 not too sure were it should actually sit, looks like last man in couldent be bothered to re-attach it, it looks safe enought but is this common pratice in commerical refrigeration, dont bother putting things back, and on the subject why 3 screws on top cover on h/p aquarius range? did the designer have 1 left over and thought hes plung one in the middle as well?

any ideas? anyone worked on one?
