Hi,i have the above dishwasher,Can someone advise where i can pick up a service manual,if not can someone advise how to remove the drain pump,i have both sides off but still unable to reach the pump.Do you have to remove the base?

You can access the pump impellor by removing the small torx screw located inside the tub, below the filters in the sump at around 8.o’clock. Remove screw and pull out ‘L’ shaped impellor cover.
Watch your fingers it might have a piece of glass in there.

HI.Jim,thanks for that but it needs a new pump and i can’t find a way to it.

How do you know it actually needs a new pump until you locate it and check it out. 😕
This is a Bosch made machine, pumps do fail but not very often, obstructions are far more common.

Hi,Jim,i know because i’ve tested the impeller and thats ok but it seems bearing as gone on the pump.

Pump removal is not easy, outer door panel off, large lower plastic plinth yanked off after removing torx screws from either side, metal plate across the front of the innards released. Tilt the machine back and pull out the short flexible plastic hose bottom left and you will see the pump, turn to release.
All with the plug out of course. 😉
