    The door seal suddenly got twisted after a big BANG (Bosch WFF 1401) although it managed to complete the wash cycle. Can anyone please give advice on the following.
    – The door seal doesnt seems to worned out but only twisted, does it still needs replacing with a new or
    – it just needs to be put it back.
    – How easy is it to take it out & replace it without expert hand on the above model.
    – How much would it cost to replace it from an engineer.

    Please help!!

    Sounds to me like one of the suspension springs has snapped.
    Unplug appliance, lid off and have a look and report back 😀
