ParticipantI’ve got a Bosch WOP2400GB/02 that leaks through the container matrix that connects the inlet valve to the dispenser above. 😕
I suspect the inlet nozzles within the dispenser above are furred-up and the water is falling back down the tube onto the baseplate?
My questions are: Is my theory sound? What parts would I need in order to solve this problem? It looks a s*d of a job to get access to the dispenser and lid assembly anyway – is it? 😕
With a conventional front loader leaking dispenser it’s best to simply replace the assembly. This top-loader seems more of a challenge though! :rolls:

I’ve had a few where they leak from the O rings where the matrix connects to the dispenser.
It’s been a while since I changed one though. IIRC it’s one of those jobs that look worse than it actually is.
If you peel the seal back under the lid there are maybe six screws to remove probably a couple at the back and a couple at the front through the fascia. Once all the screws are out you can lift the top away.
Sorry I can’t remember the exact procedure but I know I was pleasntly surprised at how easy it was after the first one I did:wink:
I would go with the matrix and dispenser BTW.
Anyway Greg will likely be along soon and give you a blow by blow account 😀

In my case it’s leaking down the tube from the inside and the O rings are fine. Not leaking down the outside.

Thanks for that superfix, but then having looked on BSH site they show the dispenser as part of the lid and I’m really not sure what’s best to order? They show 216489 as ‘complete‘ so I wonder if that includes 165989,165990,165991 & 299295? 😕

Yup 216489 comes with all the other bits and bobs.
Can’t say I’ve ever seen that fault before though 😕
