Promised a customer i’d get a part fast tracked before Easter and she agreed to pay the extra postage. So what happens….yep one item and a couple of belts, not heavy, so they send it Royal Mail.
Why the hell can’t these idiots realise that if they quote next day delivery, stick by it. It just creates problems for others who rely on the wallys in the despatch department doing their job correctly.
Two lost jobs. Hassle with the returns and getting credit for unwanted items. Connect couldn’t give a toss. 😈

Since they started using Royal Mail I often do get stuff next day. With DHL et al it was typically 3 to 4 days.

when they use DHL i get it the parts next day, but if the mups use parcel farce or Royal Mail 👿 (third world postal service force ) well its just when it gets here, 2 /3 days, they use them when not a heavy item, or not the more valuable items this has let me down a lot so i cover my ass and tell customer about two days for parts to arrive if thay arrive sooner they just think thats great, later i get the sh…t
