    Hi there…

The product is a very old Stoves product and I reckon that you will struggle to get parts to fix it.

Bernstein bought this OEM product from Stoves but they no longer sell appliances so they will not have spares.

You could try Glen Dimplex Home Appliances who now own Stoves and the spares contact number is 0871 222 2506.

Last resort buy a new one from Stoves/New World.

    Cheers,

    Greaseater.

If push came to shove, you could source silver-steel bar of the right diameter , from an engineers merchant…(sold in about 10-inch lengths, under a fiver.), to make new hinge-pins…..probably not economically viable if you have to pay someone to mend it. (they’d need to be hardened and tempered after cutting, for best strength and durability.

couldn’t quite make out if the broken stubs were welded to the door hinge-plates.

When I last worked for stoves, that door and hinge pack were obsolete (3+ years ago) they will send you a new door and hinge pack but expect it to be expensive.
