Participantreally sorry, but we cant advise you or point in anyway which may actively allow you to execute a repair on a gas appliance… sorry, but rules are rules

Hi Kevin,
What Helo is referring to is that we won’t and really can’t really legally, advise on anything that is considered to be a “gas carrying part” as it’s well dangerous to mess with that.
If you want and you are a CORGI RGI then there’s no problem, with a copy of your CORGI card we can enable the related trade forum and we’ll happily advise in there but not in a public forum.
The bottom line is that we won’t advise or sell spares for something that is considered that dangerous. I’m sorry if that causes a problem but we put people’s safety above all else.

I’m more curious as to why he would want them!
I came out of a fish and chip shop and discissed this with the rangemaker (good friends from a former engineering life) 😀 …he agreed they never wear out.
They cleaned brass stuff by boiling it in vinegar and water for 20 minutessame with car carburettors, the only thing that ever wore was the inlet needle/jet/float….the fixed jets lasted forever…exception was the spring-biased crap on late SU carbs, where the needle would saw the jet oval…impossible to get a lean tickover without a massive flat-spot.
a new needle and main-jet weren’t particularly cheap, either, and you thought the parts racket only operated with appliances!April 9, 2008 at 6:01 pm #247201gegsy

I take it, it was used on LPG and now you require it on mains or natural gas?
Not all Leisure gas cookers ARE convertable. Some are made for one particular gas Im afraid.
So you may be wasting your time, hence only the LPG jets available 😉Greg

Hi the cooker came with natural gas injectors and the lpg injectors, but at the time we were not supplied by ng and our engineer converted it to use the lpg injectors but are now moving to ng supplied area and we cannot find the ng gas ones removed, i have spoken to Beko who are the service agents and they are trying to source , i know that they are Sabaf burners and are on their website but have no idea where to source from, as previous this will be installed by the correct qualified people but i just want to source the parts so i can get them changed.
Thanks for your help

Best to get your Corgi guy or gal to source, as most retailers won’t sell gas spares to the public.

As you bought it new, you should have the installation sheet and possibly a “handbook” that came with it…all the spec’s are normally there.
Sod’s law, you’ll get new and the originals will turn up a few days later! -
