    Have been out to this LG FF with the ice maker jamming up and bending blades. Have staightened the up before and has worked for a while, but now doing it again

    Any suggestions why it would keep doing this, could it be the ice cubes too hard?
    If so how can it be adjusted?

    Hi

    The ice going stale and menting together normally caused by the customer keeping the door open for a long period.

    Advise customer to empty ice bucket evry week to get fresh ice and reduce this problem.
