    I have a CDA CW495 which is causing me some hassle. It appears as if the arms are not turning. It pumps water in fine and empties again, but that is about it.

    Any ideas?

    It’s exactly 3 years old now.

    Then you do have a 1 yr parts & labour and 4 year parts warranty on this appliance.
