cust reports it flashes beef or pork and if he presses the facia round the edges it stops he says he has had this fault before and the sticky facia front was replaced which cured it.does this sound correct and is this part still available?

Can’t say I’ve ever heard of that fault 😉 part is obselete now I’m afraid.
