Don’t actually do fridge repairs other than the occasional stat here and there.
Was doing this old dears t/dryer this afternoon when she asked me to look at her f/freezer.
Water all over the base of the fridge compartment, obviously blocked drain outlet.
I used a large bag tie but was unable to clear the obstruction, had a look at the back and unlike the old Hotpoint machines the drain tube seems to be integral.
I did notice a small hairline crack on the lower back wall of the fridge compartment.Is it possible to clear the drain tube or could it be frozen up?

Could be either Jim, sometimes the hose gets crushed during manufacture when the foam expands. I use one of the ‘kettle type’ steamers, if I can’t get it to flow from one end I try the other. Sofar its never let me down.

I use a steamer with a piece of pressure switch hose on the end and stick it up from the bottom (does that sound rude).
