I need some advice please. My wife trapped some washing in the door and it blew the PCB ouch £250 later the repair man switched it on it sort of worked all the dispaly on the front went out again and its dead. He phoned today to say he can’t fix it. AS I see it the only 2 things left in the system is the control panel or the motor?? Is there some way I can test the motor and how practical is it to check out the control panel?? Or do I bite the bullet and buy a new machine!! HELP The machine is not very old so I’m loathed to skip it.

If you have paid £250 already the repair man can’t just turm his back on you. You should demand that he either does the repair or gives you a refund.

That’s easier said than done, when you are without a working washer but I know where you are coming from
