This dishwasher has illuminated rinse light and flashing wash light error code. Anyone know what this means?

The flashing lights are not a magic bullet – stop and consider what it is that the machine isn’t doing – for instance, if it faults after an hour, is it hot? This would suggest a fault in the heater circuit.
Apply some logic………… 😀
