Size error. To set size for your machine:

Press and hold Temp Up, then press Power. Wait for the beeps, then press Temp Up again. Cold LED should light to set for 5kg. Power off, then try running it.

Water level control problems – the transducer readings are incorrect. the sensor unit is part of the main pcb, so you may be looking at replacing it.

Has there been work carried out on the machine recently?

Thank again, Iv been reading through many old posts and am starting to understand how thes smart machines work, as an aprentice I did washing machine repairs 40 years ago.Now i picked some machines up and are changing parts to reawaken a couple of washers. so yes i need to know some fault codes. at present 116 + 104 also does the size correction aply to all resizing, regardless of model? I have yellow , blue ,and green mudules.

    Re: F&P fault 9

This is actually a lot more complicated than you may realise……. Your 058 is a phase 4 machine – only a yellow board will fit and function corrrectly when the correct size is set. There are different procedures for different load machines, and different phase machines.

116 is not a recognised code. 104 is a communications error between the display board and the motor board. Possible causes are the display board, pump, rotor position sensor or combinations of them.
