    Hi,

    Have a Miele G595SC which indicates a Water Outlet Fault light about 10 mins into the cycle.

    If I restart the cycle a few times the pump will drain the unit – although it does seem to be a bit slow – I’ve got no comparison to say that though.

    I’ve checked that the hose to the drain is clear and that the basket and sump is clear.

    How can I get to the drain pump to check that it is not partially blocked? Do I access it from under neath by taling of the base?

    Solved:

    Access is from the bottom by laying the unit on it’s side.

    There is also an impeller inspection cover inside.

    On removing the pump found debris in the impeller and D/W now working again.
