    There are a number of problems with this fridge/freezer, with the most urgent one at the top:

    The freezer has stopped working, although the fridge is still running. The PCB displays appear normal (expect that the temperature of the freezer is now 14 degrees centigrade 😥

    The water dispenser has stopped working. There still appears to be a pump sound when I press the lever to dispense water but nothing comes out

    Within the frezzer door, there used to be a rubber surround which stopped the ice chute freezing up – can’t seem to get a replacement.

    I can’t find an engineer willing to deal with these problems – my postcode is HX4 9EH

    Any odeas as to how I can fix these issues? Is there a service manual available for this model?

    Thanks Bryan but managed to get someone in today and apparently we have a much better situation now – many thanks for your interest, though
