    I’ve been having trouble with my washer dryer. The conditioner section of the dispenser drawer fills with water and refuses to empty – have I knocked something off it or is it just a problem that Nextras have from time to time? How do I solve it – or do I just have to buy a new drawer? :rolls:

    Remove drawer. Remove cover or cap in dispenser section. Clean everything – inside cap/cover, down the tube especially. It’s a syphon mechanism and it will gum up.

    unless the syphon caps fell off…. youll find it in your pump filter in around a week or so
