This my brother in laws machine so it’s a no charge job especially since he does my book keeping…
Its the one with the push buttons on the front. When you select a wash e.g. 40o Non fast Coloureds it begins by pumping out for aprox 8 seconds then it stops and the start/pause led begins to flash. The flashing is continuous with no break or pausing. I tipped the machine back and it began to work as normal, but he told me it almost took 4 hours to complete. I have checked the carbon brushes which are 3/4 worn but not worn out, the sump hose and pump for blockages, the pressure system, the heater for circuit and earth leakage using a mega, I have checked the motor for earth leakage with a mega and had a look at the pcb for poor connections. All seems, as it should. The door lock does all the usual clicking noises and seems to be working fine although I know these have been known to be troublesome. It’s not siphoning and water pressure is good. It does this same fault on spin also. One thing that he did tell me is that it no longer beeps when you press the buttons?
    Help please….
    Thanks
    Regards,
    Robert.
