Been to a call for a Smeg SRA20XI today which we don`t see many of I must admit, to find that the machine makes the ice and then dispenses it to the bucket no problem. When outside lever is depressed to dispense crushed ice into glass there is no motor action on the worm mechanism. Would this simply be down a a duff motor or anything more sinister?
Any help appreciated.
