    my customer has been using bold 2 in 1 tablets on 60 & 90 deg washes and presil liqud tabs for the others but it has beed oversudding and coming out of the drawer has anyone else come across this? also the dispenser housing has a gap at the front so the suds run down the inside of the cabinet seems a strange design to me are they all like this now?

    youll probably find the sump is clogged up

    honestly, its quite common on the washer dryers

    thanks there was a partial blockage in the sump i removed that but it still sudded up?

    well sounds like overdosing, whats the water like there?, here its really soft, and if they use the box recommended level of 2 tabs/capsules it will over sud, basicallly if a machine has suds in, then that is wasted detergent with nothing else to do but sud, yes there is a gap between the dispenser & front panel, but that will only be a problem if the suds come back up from the drum, cause on the way down the water should not reach that ‘spot’ as long as you’ve checked the dispenser hose for any restriction, and the outlet from the disp assy, then tell them to cut down on dosing, saves them money too!!
