    Hiyas,
    Anyone come across these? American style side by side. Too warm in freezer, too cold in fridge. Fridge is cooled by air from freezer. Evaperator in freezer is clear, fan is running. I’d appreciate any tech info and ideas.

    RCA is a badged Hotpoint appliance in america have you got a model number

    Model number is RCG20IAPFBB.
    As far as I can tell service is carried out by GE.
