bosch wft 2800

    went to this machine the other day not spinning..checked motor and sure enough one of the cbs had worn down..its the motor that needs a full end frame so i ordered one fitted it expecting nice simple job…now the machine when on spin rotates a couple of times then just goes dead..light showing spin still on..if put onto wash does the same…fills..rotates couple of times..one direction only..then stops..if supply is switched off it does the same again… door remains locked,,customer says was ok before..now im thinkin prog or module faulty???..heater ok n no blockages pressure chamber..any ideas please??

    Hi
    Rotation direction done by relays on main board.
    Possible damage to relays and/or pcb tracks due to worn brushes.
    Worth checking PCB and motor readings.

    sure you have the correct end frame? there are tacho differences on the older washer dryers.

    did all the pins in the end frame push back in ok ? ive had one that i put back together, and one of the pins missed pushing in to place, take apart again and have a look??

    to be honest i just ordered a general end frame i thought they were all the same…. 😳

    Which has since had a part number change to 496876

    no it was 496872 that i fitted…thanks for help 😉
