Having bad day, can’t openn the door!! Finished the cycle, light flashed to say its unlocked and on standby but door won’t open. Normally pull the lever, bit of resistance and it unlocks. But no clunk, no open! Please help, my daughters play mat is trapped inside!! 😯

You’ll need one of THESE.
To open the door, you may be able to pop it with a skinny screwdiver from the side.

Visualise where the hook of the door catch sits – you need to push the hook across to pop the door open. This is the 3 o’clock position. You can do this from the top by removing the lid and reaching down the inside to push the hook, but, make absolutely certain that the machine is unplugged……
