    going to this job next week but cust says it finishes wash and spin then starts again and sometimes the door locked light does not go out. are these connected and known problems?.

    Is it stuck on spin, distributing etc, had a heater cause this a couple of times.

    also check how the start & on/off buttons are sitting, if they are pushed out of their clips it may well be thinking its asking to be started again
