    Mod BT2760SS. This cooker is tripping the RCD when you have the fan oven on for a period of time. It does not trip until its been on for a while. The strange thing is while waiting for it to trip, if i switch the selector to grill it trips as well but only if the fan oven has been on for a while. once it trips if you reset the RCD and turn the fan oven back on you can switch the selector to grill and it wont trip, not until the oven heats up will either the oven trip or the grill trip when you switch it. The elements seemed ok when i meggered them. Is it just a case of the oven element breaking down under load or is it possibly something else? Any help please.

    I’ve had similar before and changed the fan element and had no come backs but ther’s always a chance (slim) that the grill element could be faulty but unlikely. RCD’s these days are extremely sensitive, probably wouldn’t of shown up 20yrs ago
