noisy Bosch Exxcel

Hi

I’m having a problem with my Bosch fridge Freezer…

I don’t have the model number etc, but can get it if needed.
The unit is just over a year old, and has developed a loud rattling fan noise.

It’s coming from under one of the panels in the freezer compartment… is this a diy fix or something more involved ?

I attempted to remove the panel, but even after the screws were removed, it was stuck fast – I assumed it was frozen in place ?

it sounds like the fan blade is knocking against something…

any advice gratefully received
