    I have just changed the lightbulb on our Ariston oven and the light won’t go off. The oven is in our gite and the light wasn’t working at the end of last holiday season, so I don’t know whether the fault occured when I put the new bulb in or whether there was already a fault with the light last year and that’s why the bulb went.

    I’d be grateful for any ideas.

    The light will be switched either by selector switch on a multifunction oven, or the oven thermostat. In both cases, the switching contacts will be welded closed and a replacement will be required.

    Model number would help…….. 😀
