    This D/W is stuck at 43mins, customer turned power off/on cant reset.
    can someone advise, what to look for. Cheers john.

    Reset with the machine power switch on then press the 3rd and the 5th buttons together for 3 seconds. That should reset the display to “0” and it will drain for 60seconds before switching off.

    Now if the reset procedure doesn’t work then chances are the module has failed for some reason that needs investigation. 😉

    Cheers Martin for advice, did call and reset timer, fault proved to be pump,replaced now ok.
