    When switched on it fills ok for about a min with lots of water pressure then the 6 flash error code comes up “water tap closed”

    I gather the water counter is faulty? Checked it and it’s not clogged with dirt etc.

    What have you checked? The flowmeter is at the bottom of the water matrix on the left hand side of the machine. Pull the plug off, clean the contacts, tighten the plug and put it back on.

    Yeah, sorry that’s what i meant when i said counter. Plug seemed tight and secure enough to me so i’m guessing the flow meter is faulty?. There is lots of water coming in so the meter must be giving wrong pulses?
