    has anybody got any info on these hobs, and fault codes. its a PRIMA LPR856, and displays f/c F03, just got this call late tonite, and have browsed through known f/codes, but nowt there. also customer informs its on ring 3?.
    any info greatley recieved.

    It’s a Whirlpool – no tech info on SIOS 🙁 .

    who does the repairs on these hobs then?. just looked at some of the prices for parts, its frightening.
    is there anybody local – agents, to the area around durham?.

    Whirlpool do the service on them. Been through all the models and no error codes are explained.
    John Mac may know, hang around till he spots this one.
    As an aside, Whirlpool ovens F03 indicates faulty electronic board. Did notice a couple of models have similar boards fitted.

    Took a look at the tech info and there is no mention anywhere of fault codes on this model.

    Looks pretty simple though, all it has is 4 elements, 4 bimetal stats and a ccu. If the elements and stats are OK it must be the ccu from what I can see.
