Our dishwasher doesn’t wash the items very well. One issue is that the upper rotating arm, suspended below the upper tray, doesn’t rotate even though it’s clear of any blockage. It does have water going into it but perhaps not enough. Is this a known type of issue ? What other things can I check please ?
