    There’s a large build up of ice in the freezer compartment. Fridge seems OK (have cleared fridge drain hole recently). Any ideas about the freezer ice.

    All help appreciated.

    Hi
    Its not a frost free so it will rely on you doing a periodic defrost (appliance off,towels down on freezer floor and a bowl of hot water or, left off with doors open for min 24hrs)
    Other possibilities
    1/ Freezer door not sealing
    2/ Freezer door having been left ajar
