    Fitted new brushes 2 weeks ago. Called back by customer as not spinning again.
    If it is put on a spin cycle [ 11 mins on led ] it will spin down to 8 mins remaining , then stop and the led will go down to 1 min.
    The motor sounds scratchy.
    Is motor knackered or has module been damaged by arcing?
    Any help much appreciated.

    Armature’s on it’s way out. Had a load of these lasy year.

    Had the same problem last year. Brushes had gone and i replaced them. A few days later a call back with same problem. Changed motor and everything was ok.
