    Hi – we have had the dishwasher for just over a year. Normally you have to press the programme button to select a temperature / programme and shut the door to start it. If you are using the same programme as last time it still needs to be pressed through all the programmes to get back to the one it was on for it to start. It has now frozen on the programme last used – light on as usual (no flashing or beeping) and wont go to any other programme so wont start. Have tried turning off on start button and also at plug but always comes back on in same place.

    It did this a few months ago, but came back by itself the next day.

    Any suggestions?

    Can anyone help please? It has come back on again for no apparant reason. Does anyone know why it is doing this?

    Possibly the transformer on the PCB giving up – difficult one to call. Pro help may be your best bet; it’s a complex machine.
