    hi ,this fridge/freezer needs a new thermostat but there seems to be 2 thermostats with the same number 526009703 listed .Does it matter which one is used?

    VT9 THERMOSTAT should fit ok

    length of capilary is critical on these, would go for the gen version. Part number is correct and there is only one but the diagram shows it as either being fitted inside the fridge in the light box or on the top. Whichever, its the same stat.
