Just fitted new heater (483257) to this one. On testing the water level just about reaches the underneath of the filter. All hoses and fill chamber are cleaned. Machine starts to fill as normal but then cuts off before the diaphragm switch is activated. Suspect the lack of water circulating was the cause of the heater blowing. Suspect the usual pcb. Any clues would be much appreciated.

Hose in the bottom left lower corner will be choked – if it’s bad it can back up into the pressure/fill chamber. Cleaning usually sorts it.

Thanks Chris. However straight after this post I checked on machine’s progress and is now working fine (filling up to base of salt cap). I’ve stripped the guts out of this one and totally cleaned every orifice and hose in there. I shall keep a check on this and report back if any probs.
    Cheers Rick
