went out to a wtxl733cgb/05 condensor dryer today customer complaining of it not running the cool down period, clothes are still too hot to handle when they come out. has any one got any ideas

When you were there did you check: –
That the water tank was filling with condensed water?
The condenser matrix was clear of fluff?
Is the fault apparent only on auto dry or does the same happen on the timed dry settings?
