    Hi all,

When my oven is turned on after about five minutes it makes a rattling noise, I have discovered it is not coming from the fan in the oven, as when I change to conventional oven the noise remains. The cooker works perfectly fine but the noise is consistent untill i turn the cooker off. Could anyone help with this at all??

    Thanks!

sounds like a cooling fan problem

its there to cool down the knobs/oven door

located on the top of the cooker, its a different fan to the main oven fan

Yup, Helo is correct, it’s most likely the tangenital fan motor that’s goosed, the bearings will be shot in it.

Part number is 079025 and expect to pay about £70 plus VAT and carriage for it. 🙁

An email to Dave at spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get you a confirmed price or let us know here and we’ll have it added to the shop if you need one.
