    This is a silly one…. Machine is in awkward position. How the HELL does lid come off ? Screws are off but lid doesn’t want to budge.. Does it just pull back or am i missing something ?????? feel a bit of a pillock on this one :-((( Regards… Gary..

    Have you checked to see if there are two 7mm headed long screws that hold the top to the front, these are in addition to the two Torx screws in the top. Remove them and the top slides off.

    two looooooooooooooong bolts in the lid as well then it slides back

    At the back on the lid. Where you have already taken the screws out then just above that on the actual lid. Usually sunk in and difficult to get a socket on.

    Sometimes the lid has three long screws, one at each corner, and one in the middle. Lid then lifts straight up at the back until the front edge unhooks itself. Still remember the first time I went to one of these, felt a right twit trying to get the thing off.

    cheers all…… tryin to find leak now… are dispenser housings prone to leakage on these ??????

    The dispensers are prone to leaking. Split the two halves, silicone seal it and let it cure before testing. should do the trick.

    if its a two half outer tub check lower tub bolts are tight.

    i also knock the water pressure down a touch and it helps
