Hi,
I need a user board (module), for a whirlpool d/w model no ADG7540/1 – 854254015810.
I ordered the part through Masterparts and when it arrived it was the wrong part. It was a user board, it looked the same but the connections would not fit. They have cut outs to make it idiot proof so that you cant plug them in wrongly, but this just would not fit. Wrong cut outs.The part number on the bag i got was 481221838615, but on the other side of the bag there is 481221838174 as well. I’ve talked to Masterparts and they say that both numbers are the same, i presume it a superceded number, but they say it is the correct one. They are going to ask Whirlpool technical but i’m not holding my breath.
If anybody could tell me what the definative part number is I would really appreciate it. Maybe the part has just been bagged wrongly, i dont know.

Thank Chris. So Masterparts are right. So why do the edge connectors not fit with this one?
It must have been boxed wrongly, that all I can think.
I’ll send it back and order another one i think.Thanks for your help
