hoover hnf3157-80

this model has no motor action motor seems fine, brushes about half left theres nothing visually wrong with the pcb i sent it to emw to get tested but its one they cant do. is this a common problem for these pcbs and has anyone any idea of the price of one of these (supposed to be going today so it would be good to have a rough price for her) or should i be checking something else first?
