    hi,
    i went to one of these the other day the customer complained that the display didnt always light up and she had to hit the door to get it to light up.
    i tightened the connector going to it and checked the soldering of the microswitch to the board all seemed ok now customer is back on the phone saying its still playing up, any ideas welcome thanks.

    is the ribbon cable a spare part on its own or does it come with the door i have just got a fax in with parts diagram and the cable is not listed
