    I have a 5 year old Bosch KGU34121GB / 02, the freezer appears to be working correctly maintaining a temperature of -20. However, when the cooler temperature is requested the display only shows ‘-‘, the center section of the second digit. The fridge is not chilling the contents. When the door is opened the light comes on. When it is shut again the fan starts. Does anybody know if this is a sensor fault or another issue? Does it mean a new unit is required?

    Further, Info reading other threads it appears the drain hole had blocked in the Freezer so the freezer was very badly iced up. Am in the process of defrosting throughly but was wandering if there is anything that indicates the best method of cleaning out the drain hole so I can do this before plugging it back in. Is there a web site that has this info?
