    Ordered the aqua hose (119923) for this old neff built in dishwasher.
    When I attempted to fit the hose the inlet hose that goes on the air chamber at the side is alot smaller then the existing one.
    I have contacted BSH about this and they assured me this is the correct hose.
    Any ideas people?

    Hi!
    Yeah unfortunatly this is now the case, try sticking the hose in some boiling water first to get it more flexible.

    are you saying you have fitted the thin grey hose on to the air chamber?.

    No, The grey hose replaces the blue one and the small clear one goes onto the air chamber.

    I’ll double check the respective numbers on my quickfinder now to see if its correct…………………….. 😕

    Yep, Part number is correct, the drawing is a bit scetchy but it shows the water hose (grey to replace blue) connected to the right and pressure hose (clear) connected to the left, You will also find the little corbin clip used on the old blue hose may not fit on the new grey one, strange but true!

    went back today the hose did fit after 5 min in boiling water.
