Have a Ariston W1600WD, dead, have power to condenser, power to the board, power to the door lock. Switch on at the plug, press the on/off button, nothing, no lights, completely dead. Has anybody any ideas please.

Would the model number be A1600WD by any chance? If so it’s almost certain the fault lies with the Power Board I would think? 🙁

Yes A1600WD, module again, last time I fitted one supplied by EMW it never did work that was after having two replacment modules, here we go again.

From what you tell … is something wrong at that costumer… aliens 😈
Depending on wich part is damaged on boards, perhaps EWM will tell you what was happened there… Never did happen to me even I repair around ten PCB’s per day… just in few cases clients comes back once on quaranty time…
