    Hi,
    have the above with a hole in the door seal and been flooding but coming up F11 and nothing will work. Are fault codes the same on all Whirlpools, ie..control unit and is there a proceedure to check this or is it pot luck on it being the module?

    F11 is communications failure beftween control board and motor control unit. Can be either board or wiring issues.

    D/s is 4812 466 68784.

    Thanks Chris,
    Went back today and F11 disappeared so maybe it was wet from the leak and dried out. So just a door seal to get. Phew
